Who is Tony Ruby?


Estate agency has changed dramatically over the last 20 years.

That is exactly why our business was built differently.

Led by Tony Ruby, we have spent almost two decades helping people move across Grantham and the surrounding areas, building a business based upon recommendation, trust, accountability and results rather than targets, scripts or volume-driven sales environments.

In June 2021, Tony launched independently with a very clear vision:

To create a modern personal estate agency built entirely around service, communication and genuine responsibility for the outcome of every move.

Not a business where clients become numbers.
Not a business built around aggressive sales targets.
And not a business where sellers feel forgotten once the sign goes up.

Today, that philosophy continues to shape everything we do.

We understand that selling a home is far more than just marketing a property.

They need guidance.
They need honesty.
They need a strategy.
