Tony came to view the property I had inherited on the death of my parents. I had been told by a friend that he was helpful and clear in sharing his knowledge of the property market in Grantham and nearby villages. Tony gave me confidence in his abilities, explained his way of working with his team and assessed the property at a fair price. Other agents had suggested my estimate of value was too high, but Tony worked with his marketing team to produce great images of the house as well as a video that showed the location of the home in its rural setting. For various reasons, the first two viewings booked did not go ahead but the third viewing was to the buyers. Tony and Nadine helped with the negotiation on price, to ensure both parties were happy with the offer. Whilst it took many months for us to reach the completion of the sale, due to an extensive chain behind the buyers, Dawn did a fantastic job, working up and down the links in the chain to form an assessment of what was going on. Whilst my own solicitor found it difficult to get answers from her counterparts, Dawn was like a terrier and could usually identify what the hold up was and how long it may take to resolve. I felt hugely supported by the team, even when I took the difficult decision to re-market the house. In the meantime, obstacles were overcome and the buyers who so loved the house on first viewing triumphed in the end. I am so pleased that they are the new owners of what had been a very happy final home for my parents. Thank you Tony, Dawn, Nadine and all of you who worked to get this over the line!

This was the easiest house purchase ever….. smooth, painless and stress free. When we first met Tony he was very friendly and approachable. He kept us totally informed on everything going on and he was open and honest. The best thing ever his service gives is a WhatsApp group where the purchasers, purchasers solicitor and himself are all on and can message and ask questions at any time of the day or night. This is so great as I didn’t feel like everything stopped at 5pm…. which can be so frustrating, but with the group it never did …. So in essence we were kept up to date instantly but we could also phone anytime…. A truly personal service.. I know he also employs someone to chase things through if things are slowing down… luckily we were ok. Nothing is too much trouble and he is also helping find us other services we need.
